1. (Exodus 14: 15-18) God's instructions to Moses: he stops praying and starts doing.
Then the Lord said to Moses, "Why are you crying out to me?" Tell the children of Israel to march.
to. Why do you cry out to me? Before the people, Moses was full of faith; but before God he cried out in desperate prayer. This was good because Moses had to show confidence before the nation to incite their faith.
b. Why do you cry out to me? There is a time to pray, and there is a time to act. It may well be against God's will to stop doing to pray only in a particular situation. This was a time for action, and Moses could pray along the way.
